Strap Care:

Regular care can extend the life of your watch strap!

Avoid wearing your watch when using abrasive cleaners or applying beauty products such as perfume, hairspray and aerosol deodorant as chemicals contained in these products may damage the watch strap's material or finish
Use a jewelry cleaning and polishing cloth regularly to effectively clean and polish the buckle or deployant clasp

Availability:

Most orders ship out same or next business day (Monday - Friday). Transit times should be added to that time frame for total time to receive your order. In the event a product requires additional time before shipping out, we will notify you via the email address provided in the order. Note:2:00PM EST order cutoff time for same day shipping on all services.

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

We accept exchanges or returns on unworn and unused merchandise within 30 days of order receipt. We cannot accept returns of worn, bent, scuffed, or creased products or products that have had tags removed.

Products returned with signs of being worn or with missing product tags will be refused a refund. We recommend being gentle with trying on straps if you think you will need to do an exchange or a return.
