Placing Orders
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, Discover), as well as PayPal Express Checkout through our web site. We cannot accept checks or money orders. To learn more about our encryption and security methods, please view our Privacy & Terms page.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of the billing or shipping address(es) entered on your order. Billing information that is not a match to your credit card could delay or cause a cancellation of your order. We ask that you please review this information carefully before submitting orders.
If you realize there is an error after submitting your order, please send an email to sales@allwatchbands.com as soon as possible with your name and order number. Our customer service representatives will happily work with you to rectify the problem, however if the order has already been shipped out, you may be subject to an additional shipping charge in order to re-ship the package to a corrected address.
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada and to most U.S. military addresses.
ORDER PROCESSING & AVAILABILITY
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Any orders placed after 3 p.m. eastern-standard time will be processed the following business day, with the exception of holidays. We ship all orders as soon as possible and most orders ship out within 1 - 2 business days (Monday - Friday). Transit times should be added to that time frame for total time to receive shipment. Our inventory levels are constantly changing, so we will notify you by email if a product requires additional time before shipping out.

AVAILABILITY

TRACKING
A shipping confirmation email is sent to you as soon as your order has been mailed. All of our domestic shipments include a tracking link via the shipping carrier you chose (U.S. Mail or FedEx). Canadian orders do not include tracking or delivery confirmation.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns on unworn and unused merchandise only within 30 days of receipt. We CANNOT accept merchandise that has had tags removed or shows signs of being worn, including creased leather and bend marks or scuffed metal. Please be gentle in trying on any watch straps if you think you will need to return or exchange, as items returned in used condition will be denied a refund.
