COVID-19 UPDATE TO OUR AWB CUSTOMERS

We hope you're staying safe and healthy during these unprecedented times. We are open, continuing to ship orders and have implemented the below safety practices under the guidance of the CDC and US government. We are taking all necessary precautions to ensure our team members and customers health and safety.

Order Fulfillment:

We’ve added extra precautions while filling orders and our team is practicing all CDC guidelines including frequent hand washing, wearing gloves and masks and sanitizing work surfaces constantly. We maintain a large inventory of merchandise and are able to fulfill and ship most orders same or next business day.

Shipping & Delivery:

We are continuing to ship out orders daily. We know some deliveries have taken longer than expected during these times and we really appreciate your patience with shipping transit times. All orders are making their way out of our facility on time, but many shipping carriers are currently overwhelmed with the influx of packages and some have reported slight delays within their systems.

Exchanges & Returns:
